Job Description Licensed Behavioral Health Professional - GUYMON Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently accepting resumes for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional in our Guymon office to provide professional behavioral health services! This includes assessments and psychotherapy, to support recovery and wellness with a designated population.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in services.
Performs duties primarily in an outpatient setting, may include minimal duties related to mental health crisis services.
Job Type/Salary: Full Time Base Salary:$60,000 (Salary based on experience, tenure and certification) Under Supervision $55,000 Base Salary Team Lead $65,000 Base Salary 5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS service! Salaries up to $76,073! Total Compensation up to $100,000 includes base salary, retirement, State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections and longevity incentives! (based on the number of covered dependents - includes longevity payments Holiday Differentials $3.
00 per hour FLSA Status: Exempt (2) Vacancies Qualifications: LBHP - Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
(examples include: Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH) LCBHP - Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board’s supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
NOTE: Board approved supervision will begin no later than 30 days of start date.
TEAM LEAD - Supervises a clinical team in methods which ensure the ongoing development of staff to perform high quality, integrated, comprehensive, and individualized care.
Directs the clinical team’s services to achieve the individual’s self-identified goals and the organization-defined recovery and wellness outcomes for the individuals in services.
Ensures clinical team provides culturally and linguistically responsive services consistent with the priorities and values of the organization, giving priority to reducing disparities in access to service.
Provides staff evaluations and completes other organization defined administrative duties.

Special Requirements: Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.
Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.
