This position will include entry level IT work such as assigning tickets, typing policies, maintaining website, resetting user logins, basic computer assistance, and enrolling new associates for user logins, and sharing after hours call.
This position will also be an administrative assistant and will answer phone calls, file papers, type minutes and policies, copy, and scanning.
In this position you will also be assisting Human Resources with the onboarding process for new associates, and assisting with payroll.
