Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing tasks
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, setting forms, and installing rebar
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and level freshly poured concrete surfaces
- Operate power tools such as jackhammers and concrete saws
- Assist with the installation of concrete structures such as sidewalks, driveways, and foundations
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete labor or construction is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of concrete forming, framing, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with caulk application, drywall installation, and metal stud framing is a plus
- Basic welding skills for reinforcing steel is a plus
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
