Grant Writer Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in youth leadership development Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new grant opportunities - Develop and implement strategic plan to increase funding - Maintain current grant applications - Build and maintain relationships with key grantors, funders, businesses, and corporations.
- Collaborate with the Real Men Real Leaders Team - Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience - Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions - Participate with fundraising efforts to support business expansion initiatives - Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of grants Experience: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, public health, social work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in grant writing preferably in the youth leadership/education - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Experience in volunteer management is highly desirable - Proficiency in social media management platforms and strategies - Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences - Demonstrated success in fundraising/grant activities - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data Join our team as a Grant Writer and contribute to our mission of making a positive impact on youth.
