*Job Description: *
This is a 18 bed CAH hospital.
RN would be responsible for Med Surg / ED.
Block scheduling Thursday – Tuesday.
Floating requirements.
*Job Responsibilities: *
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
· Monitor patients' conditions and report changes.
· Assist in patient care plan development.
· Provide emotional support to patients and families.
· Maintain accurate patient records.
*Qualifications:*
· Valid KS State Licensure or Compact
· BLS, ACLS
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Compassionate and patient-centred approach
