SUMMARY: Schedule Feedstock for Seaboard Energy from the Renewable Diesel Plant and Biodiesel plants with customers.
Manage the tracking of all feedstocks received from each plant and verify accuracy in Agris, such as Agris ticket, Vendor, Contract management to contract application, and accounts payable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including the following: Manage vendor applications and financial documents for procuring feedstock.
Manage the Feedstock Inventory Spreadsheets and verify payments for daily loads of feedstock received at all 3 plants.
Create New vendor files in Agris (Seaboard Foods Accounts Payable system) Manage Contracts in Agris for all Customers shipping feedstock.
Understand product specifications and understand customers specifications as well as AFOA regulations.
Maintain Record keeping data for FSMA related items for current feedstock vendors for BQ9000 program.
Calculate Quality Discount for Inbound Feedstock Monthly Entering Daily Sales Orders for By-Products in database Provide logistical support within the department (could include railcar management, transloading operations, truck freight, etc.
) Develop Weekly Delivery schedules for Feedstock for each plant and distribute to plants.
Maintain the inbound railcars logs for all feedstocks inbound to the plants, such as origin plants and ETA arrival dates.
Other duties may be assigned at management's discretion.
REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to present and communicate effectively with various levels of internal and external customers and suppliers.
Detail oriented and responsible.
Work individually and a team environment.
Highly self-motivated, able to work with little to no supervision.
Good communication and coordination skills Strong team player with collaboration skills to build relationships throughout the company working with all facilities and our customers.
Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Excel, Teams, Office LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret in the English language correspondence.
Ability to write clear, accurate, concise business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to sit and work on computer-based programs for long periods of time.
Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work environment is primarily office environment.
Noise level is mostly low.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, working hours to be determined.
Occasionally extended hours or changes in schedule will be required as special circumstances arise.
