JOB PURPOSE As the Feed mill Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Feed Mill Manager for feed mill operations.
Responsible for timely and accurate data collection for feed deliveries, processing invoices, collecting and submitting payroll information, and managing feed mill inventory.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner for all feed mill information into live office.
Manage, verify, archive and relay data from feed mill and delivery operations to other departments.
Document employee time away from work and report to human resources, payroll, and employee.
Coordinate communication between management and hourly employees regarding training, payroll and any other information required.
Maintain compliance records for FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
Oversee office functions and act as the main point of contact for visitors.
Manage inventory for feed, including ingredients, reconciliation, and final loss or gain numbers.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and write reports and business correspondence, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, and visitors.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint, required.
Must be able to make decisions on routine matters utilizing company policies, procedures and directions from upper management.
Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, not required.
Critical thinking skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in an office setting and is infrequently exposed to airborne particles and gases at low concentrations.
