Overview: Qualified external applicants with at least six months of direct RN experience are eligible for up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus!* *To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you must be hired into a full-time or part-time position; PRN positions are not eligible.

What is Enterprise Pool? We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities.
The Centura Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Centura system.
Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities.
This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.
Enterprise Pool 1: Base rate ($30.

Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area 12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area Enterprise Pool 2: Base rate ($30.

Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Assigned to one of four zones.
Zone is determined based on your home location.
Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.
Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area Enterprise Pool 3: Base rate $75.
00/hr + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah) For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each.
