*About this Position*
Preventing infections from patient to patient.
Responsible for following established hospital procedure in cleaning, assembling, sterilizing, and storing medical supplies and equipment.
Utilizes aseptic techniques.
_Two fulltime positions are available: 8:30 am-5:00 pm or 8:00 am-4:30 pm_
*Requirements*
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification testing recommended after twelve months.
Optional for International Association of Health Care Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM).
Previous hospital experience required.
Prior on the job experience as Sterile Technician preferred.
Must have communication skills necessary to provide appropriate information to the age of the patients served.
