Job Description: The Emergency Room Technician functions as part of the Nursing Staff by assisting the Nurse in performing delegated emergency patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, comfort, and safety of the patient and his/her environment.
The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or is a logical assignment to the position.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification as an EMT or EMT I.
Previous hospital experience preferred.
