This is a Full-Time position.

*WHAT YOU'LL DO:*
* Under the direction of the Surgery Nurse Director.
* Provides direct patient care by assisting the Physician/Surgeon and Charge Nurse with patients.
* Assists surgeons during invasive and non-invasive procedures, anticipates surgeon’s needs, and hands surgical instruments to surgeon.
* The certified scrub tech prepares and organizes the operating room, cleans and sterilizes equipment, and maintains a sterile surgical environment.
* Communicates with Charge Nurse and staff about the patient’s condition and responds quickly and request assistance when changes occur in the care of the patient.
*EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: *Verifiable completion of an accredited program in surgical technology.
