Building Maintenance Technician

Pioneer Communications has an opening for a full-time Building Maintenance Technician in Ulysses, KS.
The position will assist with the maintenance and upkeep of 60 properties and facilities throughout southwest Kansas.
Candidates must be mechanically inclined, able to operate power equipment, use hand/power tools and be organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing or building controls a plus.
Physical demands will vary daily including seasonal outdoor maintenance.
A high school diploma or GED required, with two years of related experience preferred.
A valid and insurable driver’s license with a clean drug screening and background check are all required.
