The *Customer Service Representative* is a very important position to the success of our company.
The high-level, customer service is one of the main qualities that sets us apart from our competition.
Our *Customer Service Representatives* are responsible for ensuring that all customers have a great experience when purchasing from SPC Office Products.
People coming to our store expect to be treated professionally and so we expect our employees to dress business casual, to have experience in business to business relationships and to understand the people and types of businesses in Dalhart, TX.
We are looking for people who are very outgoing, have good communication skills, and are hard-working.
Successful *Customer Service Representatives* are knowledgeable in the office products industry and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
They will be confident communicating with customers over the phone, by email, and in face-to-face meetings.
This is a full-time position The hours of operation at our retail stores is 8:00 - 5:30, Monday thru Friday.
