As a call center agent, you will be answering continuous volume of phone calls into the Credit Union.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests
· Answer questions about products and services
· Resolve problems
· Direct telephone calls to the appropriate person with minimum transfers
· Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquires in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner
