As a call center agent, you will be answering continuous volume of phone calls into the Credit Union.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests · Answer questions about products and services · Resolve problems · Direct telephone calls to the appropriate person with minimum transfers · Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquires in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Weekly day range: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work setting: * Call center * In-person Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
