Join NI as a Customer Service Irrigation Specialist and become a key player on our sales team.
You'll provide expert advice, sell center pivot components and irrigation accessories, and help support our sales team with your in-depth knowledge of center pivot irrigation systems.
This position is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction and improving our sales team's capabilities.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide expert assessments and recommendations to customers over the phone for center pivot irrigation systems.
* Master our product offering, which encompasses a wide range of industry brands and models, to effectively sell and advise on the best solutions.
* Offer technical support to customers and the NI sales team, clarifying the benefits of our products and contributing to a seamless service experience.
* Stay current with industry trends to maintain a cutting-edge knowledge base.
* Work collaboratively with NI service and sales staff to diagnose problems and deliver the best solutions.
* Proactively follow up on sales leads and document customer interactions to contribute to business growth.
* Serve as a mentor within the sales team, facilitating knowledge-sharing and professional development.
*Qualifications:*
* *At least 4+ years *of experience with *center pivot irrigation systems* and a broad understanding of related parts, brands, and models.
* A track record of sales success and technical expertise in irrigation systems.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to make complex technical details accessible.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, for effective sales management.
* Independent, proactive, and driven to achieve sales goals.
* Comprehensive knowledge of agricultural irrigation, including mechanical, electrical, and drivetrain components.
* Comprehensive knowledge of hydrodynamics related to irrigation, including water pressure, flow rate, and spray patterns.
