Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and stimulating environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, cognitive, and social development
- Create and maintain a structured daily routine for children
- Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
Skills:
- Previous experience in caregiving, nannying, or babysitting roles
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and educational resources for children
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Classroom management skills to maintain a structured and organized environment
